Let’s talk Netflix and chill. Who has watched the Bryan Johnson Don’t Die documentary?

We’ve got to be honest, we hadn’t fully grasped the scale of Bryan Johnson’s work before watching it. At first, when we heard the name Bryan Johnson, we thought of that really old bloke from the Beach Boys. Turns out, that’s Brian Wilson. Our bad.

Anyway, the documentary is fantastic. It follows Bryan as he gives his entire life to science in the fight against ageing. Gene therapy injections, plasma swaps, a strict 8:30 PM bedtime, 90+ supplements a day - all meticulously tracked, measured, and fine-tuned in his pursuit of living forever (or at least a lot longer).

Now, don’t get us wrong, we love that someone is out there pushing the boundaries of longevity science. The things Bryan Johnson learns could eventually trickle down into real, practical solutions for everyday people. But let’s be honest: not one of us at JOLT lives like that.

Sure, we could go to bed at 8:30 PM, never party, and never eat a steak again… but we’re not there yet. What we do believe is that ageing is the problem, and anti-ageing is the solution.
