If you'd rather build up to it, plenty of people start with one capsule a day in the first week, two in the second (three from the third if you are taking JOLT). That's a comfort preference rather than a requirement - some people simply find it easier to introduce anything new gradually.
HOW DO I TAKE JOLT AND JOLT BOLT?
For JOLT, take three capsules, all at once, ideally in the morning with something containing fat — a dollop of Greek yoghurt, a handful of nuts, eggs, avocado. Or take all three after your first meal of the day, if that meal contains fat such as olive oil or butter. Some of the ingredients are fat-soluble, so it's worth pairing them with one.
For JOLT BOLT, it's the same, take two capsules with a meal containing fat.

HOW LONG SHOULD I TAKE JOLT OR JOLT BOLT FOR?
JOLT and JOLT BOLT are built as daily routines rather than courses you finish, so most people take them continuously.
We're not going to tell you what you'll notice or when. Nobody can honestly say that about supplements. What we can tell you is exactly what's in every serving and how much, and that's on the label and on every product page. The rest is yours to judge.

We use Royal Mail for your delivery. Your JOLT Should take 2-3 business working days to get to you.
I SIGNED UP AND SUBSCRIBED TO MONTHLY JOLT, WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ALL AT ONCE, OR 1 BOTTLE PER MONTH?
Firstly, thank you for subscribing to JOLT. If you subscribed to 2 months worth of JOLT, then you will receive 2 bottles every 60 days.
If you subscribed to 3 months worth of JOLT, you will receive 3 bottles every 90 days.

CAN I CANCEL, RETURN AND REFUND MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Here at JOLT, we will always try our best to accommodate any changes required, however, please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed. We cannot accept returns if the seal\bottle has been opened. In such cases we will not issue a refund. If returning your order , it must unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE, we accept refunds up to 14 days after you receive your order. It can take a further 14 days to process refunds once we receive the returned items.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Click here to manage your subscriptions.

We do not work with any ingredients which have been involved in any kind of animal testing, this is a very strict policy of ours. We do not conduct, commission or condone any animal testing of any ingredient contained in JOLT.
