1) ADVICE ON TAKING JOLT?

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

2) HOW DO I TAKE JOLT?

Take all three capsules, all at the same time, ideally in the morning with a source of fat, such as a dollop of Greek yogurt or a handful of nuts. Alternatively, you can take all three capsules after your first meal containing fat, such as olive oil or butter. Fat helps with proper absorption.

Worried about your tummy? Very few people report any issues, but if you’re new to JOLT and concerned, start with one capsule on the first day. Monitor how you feel, and if everything is fine, gradually increase to the full three capsules over the first week.

3) I AM PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING, CAN I TAKE JOLT?

This product is not intended for children, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

5) How long does it take to see results from taking JOLT?

Every single person is different. Age, genetics, diet, exercise, all of these things will impact on how quickly a person’s health-span improves. One thing is for sure – supplements, even excellent evidence based supplements are not enough when taken alone.

6) WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we ship to the UK and Northern Ireland only.

7) WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We use Royal Mail for your delivery. Your JOLT Should take 2-3 business working days to get to you.

8) I SIGNED UP AND SUBSCRIBED TO MONTHLY JOLT, WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ALL AT ONCE, OR 1 JAR PER MONTH?

Firstly, thank you for subscribing to JOLT. If you subscribed to 2 months worth of JOLT, then you will receive 2 jars every 60 days.

If you subscribed to 3 months worth of JOLT, you will receive 3 jars every 90 days.

9) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Here at JOLT, we will always try our best to accommodate any changes required, however, please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

10) HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Click here to manage your subscriptions.

Here at JOLT we offer free shipping for all our UK orders, including Northern Ireland.

13) IS JOLT GLUTEN FREE?

The Ceramosides in JOLT may contain gluten. We advise you consult with a doctor or healthcare professional before use.

14) is jolt free from animal testing?

We do not work with any ingredients which have been involved in any kind of animal testing, this is a very strict policy of ours. We do not conduct, commission or condone any animal testing of any ingredient contained in JOLT.

We use a carefully selected list of approved suppliers and through a vigorous vetting process we ensure that they do not test their ingredients on animals.
