Today, Russell Kane turns 50. Yep. Five, zero. Half a century.

Russell’s comedy career has always been full-throttle. He’s built a life on stage at 100 miles an hour, sprinting from punchline to punchline. But in his 30s, he had one of those "oh sh*t" moments. You know the ones - when your body suddenly reminds you that you’re not 21 anymore.
Between brutal tour schedules, family life, and the fact that comedy is basically cardio in disguise, he realised that if he wanted to keep up this manic, high-energy career without keeling over mid-joke, something had to change.
