We’re coming to chat with the wonderful women of the JOLT community today.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to do something a little bit daring, empowering, and need some downright fun in your day, this was a good blog to open. As we love to say at JOLT, forget the “new year, new me” unrealistic resolutions. Instead, it’s time to channel your inner YOU, shake off the cobwebs of doubt, and see January out with a dance.
On 31st January, Linds (co-founder of JOLT) is teaming up with the incredible Geo Rose, founder of Heels Empowerment, to host a sexy heels dance class. We’re talking confidence, empowerment, and a whole lot of sass - all in a safe, supportive environment where absolutely no d*ckheads are allowed.
The details:
Where? 14-16 Faraday Street, Manchester
When? 6:45 PM - 8:15 PM
Who? Female-only, 18+ (sorry, boys).
Tickets? Limited Availability.
Lindsey knew she wanted to try a new hobby this year (if you didn’t see Russell’s LIVE reaction to this, you can watch it here). This is why we have organised the chance to get together, forget everything and just DANCE. And what better person to teach us than the incredible Geo Rose from Heels Empowerment? Her passion for dance and her ability to empower women to embrace their sensuality is truly inspiring. Her teaching style is all about breaking barriers and creating a safe space where every woman feels confident, no matter her experience level.
And Lindsey? She’s not just co-founder of JOLT, she’s also so passionate about creating spaces where women can thrive, laugh, and embrace their true selves.
(Side note: no, Russell won’t be in the front row. As much as he’d love to watch Lindsey strut her stuff, he’s strictly NFI. Not Flipping Invited. Sorry, Russell.)

It is scientifically proven that dancing releases your endorphins. The American Heart Association even promotes dance as an excellent way to improve heart health. A 30-minute dance session can burn between 200-400 calories, depending on the intensity.
We also get so caught up in life that we forget to actually LIVE. This is your moment to say yes to something new. Yes to self-expression. Yes to fun. And most importantly, yes to yourself.
