 So, this March, let’s talk about why teaming up could be the best thing you do for yourself (and your results).

1. Movement:

Getting up for a morning gym class, or taking a walk after work (especially when you live in England) is a lot less tempting when you’re doing it alone. 

Having a movement buddy doesn’t just keep you motivated, it holds you accountable. It’s harder to skip leg day when you know someone is waiting for you, and even the days you REALLY don’t want to move can feel less daunting when you’re in it together.

The morning matters: Take 5 minutes together to get outside. Give yourself natural light and start your circadian rhythm right.

And if you’re lucky enough to have a partner who comes with, shall we say, “benefits”? Intimacy is another pillar to focus on. A healthy sex life doesn’t just strengthen connection, it’s been linked to reduced stress, improved sleep, and even better heart health.
