How and when should I take JOLT BOLT?
Swallow two capsules, all at the same time, ideally in the morning with a source of fat, such as a dollop of Greek yogurt or a handful of nuts. Alternatively, you can take both capsules after your first meal containing fat, such as olive oil or butter. (Fat helps with proper absorption!).
