How to Take
JOLT - THE ULTIMATE AGE BLOCKER
Take all three capsules, all at the same time, ideally in the morning with a source of fat, such as a dollop of Greek yogurt or a handful of nuts. Alternatively, you can take all three capsules after your first meal containing fat, such as olive oil or butter. (Fat helps with proper absorption!).

Take two capsules once daily with water. For best results, swallow at the same time each day, ideally with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

How and when should I take JOLT?

What is the recommended way to start taking JOLT?
If you’ve never taken JOLT before, we recommend starting with taking 1 tablet for the first week, 2 tablets the second week and 3 tablets the third week. JOLT has natural ingredients in and this is why we recommend gradually increasing the dose to introduce this to your system slowly.
Can I take other medicine or supplements alongside JOLT?
Unfortunately we’re unable to give individual advice when it comes to taking other substances alongside JOLT, so we’d recommend carrying out your own research based on our ingredients and if you’re unsure, discuss this with your GP 😊.
